# Sequence Campaign ## What is a Sequence Campaign Using this sequence campaign you can automate and send multi step campaign to your whatsapp prospects.

## How to create a Sequence Campaign Click create and give it a name

After that you need to set step 1. So basically you need to select a message which you want to send on step 1. Since its a first message to your prospects then it has to be a template message. If you click add step > you will see all of your approved template message and you will need to select the template message you want to send.

After selecting a message, you need to select the day 1 as this message will be running on day 1. You can also select a time as well. Then click add step > {% hint style="info" %} Please note: after signing up to lancepilot, please go to your settings and set your time zone. As based on your time zone the message sending time will be shown. {% endhint %}

Now you can see that your step 1 has been added

Now click again add step to add more steps. In each steps you will be able to set the day of that message. For example if you select day 5 then the second step message will be sent after 4 days of your first step. \ \ Please note: You need to select the template message you want to send in each step

## Add Variant Message to any step If you want to send variant message to your prospects in any step then click add variant and select any template message to set as a variant message.

## Add contacts to the Sequence Go to contacts tab and add contact groups to run the sequence to the specific contact groups

Go to reports section to check the performance of your sequence campaign

## Run or Schedule the Sequence Campaign Now you can either run your seqeunce now by clicking run sequence or schedule the sequence by clicking schedule sequence
