What is inbox Feature?

Inbox is a unified dynamic inbox where you can communicate with your whatsapp prospects in real time.

How to access templates from inbox?

You can click the template icon to access all of your approved templates. If there is a green dot bipping, that means you do not have a open conversation window with that prospect and you must send a template message to initiate and continue the conversation with that prospect.

Once your prospect respond to your message, you are free to write any custom message. if there is no green dot that means your prospect responded to your and you can continue conversation with any custom message.

Assign Chat to a team member

Click this assign chat icon to assign the specific conversation to your specific team member

Access quick replies

Click this quick reply button to access all the saved quick replies

Customer Profile

Click this 3 dot button to open customer profile

You can check the lifetime cost for this customer, add tags, move to contact groups, check if this contact is a part of your campaign etc from this profile section

Use this filter option to get access of specific conversation

Send document, location, image, video, emojis using these icon

Use this reply button to reply to specific message

Use this search option to find any specific contacts or chats
